Delete your Enphana account
Delete your account in the App
Open Enphana, go to Settings → Account & Subscription → Delete account, and confirm. The App asks the server to delete your account when you confirm, and tells you when it has finished. If it cannot finish (for example, you are offline or a backend step fails), the App shows an error, your account stays active, and you can try again or email us.
What account deletion covers
It deletes your Enphana account identity and authentication data, your cloud backups, and your account-linked subscription and trial-access records that Enphana controls, and requests deletion of your customer record at RevenueCat, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To help prevent repeated free-trial claims, Enphana retains a limited, pseudonymous trial-eligibility record (hashes derived from an app installation/device identifier and, optionally, your email address, plus platform and trial dates) after deletion; it does not contain your wellness entries, its account association is removed, and it has no automatic expiration schedule. Email privacy@colyden.com to ask about retained data. Nutrition share links are deleted with your account. Before deleting, the App tries to turn off your active AI links; if that fails, an AI link can stay readable until it expires, within 2 to 72 hours. It does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, or delete Apple’s or Google’s independent purchase records.
What it does not remove automatically
- Wellness entries, local recovery backups, and exports stored locally on your device.
- Files you exported or shared with another person, service, or cloud drive.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google, and anything an AI app or other recipient already received through a link you created.
For device-level deletion instructions, read the Data Deletion Policy. Use Settings → Reset Local Data to remove wellness data stored in the App on your device.
